Only one week to go to the Annual Arbonne Conference

Next Thursday we’ll be heading off to attend the Annual Arbonne Conference (AAC) BEST LIFE ( #UKAAC2019 ) at the NEC in Birmingham. The excitement is certainly building! For me the AAC is one of the best weekends of the year!

It’s a time to reconnect with colleagues, share good practice, learn from some of the best trainers in the profession, make new friends and have fun! This weekend is when I invest in myself and my business.

There’s an incredible line up of training planned. This year we have such massive momentum in our businesses. There’s a huge sense of anticipation and excitement in the Arbonne world.

I’m really looking forward to hearing from our CEO in person, Jean-David Schwartz. He’s travelling from the US to talk about the future plans for our rapidly growing health and wellness company.

People ask me what we get up to at the conference. Well, it’s full on that’s for sure! We start with our managers’ training on Thursday afternoon and after that we’re out for the team meal in the evening. We’ll be going to a local restaurant where our team meet face-to-face, many of them for the first time, as we’ve travelled from all of the country. We know each other virtually but there’s nothing like meeting in person. We’re a community and an ever-growing family.

The Annual Arbonne Conference formerly kicks off on Friday morning with a full day’s agenda planned. There are training sessions from keynote speakers, including consultants from the US, as well as UK based vice presidents. We’ll laugh and also cry. Arbonne really is a supportive community of like-minded people who want to make a positive difference to people’s lives.

One of the many things I love about AAC is the new products we see launched. The festive range is always a hit.

The festive range gives clients the chance to buy their presents early form the comfort of their own homes. I’m already planning events for mine to try the new products and take the hassle out of Christmas shopping! It’s a great guessing game as to what Arbonne will introduce.

Friday night is party night. That’s when we have our Arbonne Ball! 3,000 consultants party the night away. The drinks flow and everyone has a great time. This year the theme is Emerald, and I’ve been chatting to our team about outfits. The lengths we girls can go to! Much easier for the guys! Perhaps not when I look at the photographs, below, from last year with Martin in his resplendent glitter face and jacket.

Saturday morning starts with a high energy band who wake us up and get us into the mood for action. Where else would you start a conference by dancing at 8.30am?!

This year will be my eighth Annual Arbonne Conference and I’ll as excited as I was at my first. I really enjoy watching consultants who haven’t been before and seeing the anticipation on their faces. I love seeing the sheer joy of our newbies being part of this wonderfully supportive and fun community. It’s like a positive family in an atmosphere I have yet to see elsewhere.

On Saturday morning we have training and a silent auction for the Arbonne Charitable Foundation which supports disadvantaged teenagers. We raise an awful lot of money and make a real difference to teenage, girls and boys, who are from disadvantaged backgrounds.

There’s also the Arbonne boutique to browse and buy branded merchandise.

The conference always ends on a huge high with our keynote speaker who, this year, is my 33-year-old sponsor and business partner, mum of two young boys, Emma Sangster.

It’s really exciting stuff and I’ll look forward to sharing how the event went. But in the meantime, enjoy these visual memories from last year. If you want to know anything else about how you can get involved then please do Contact Me.
